What do I get for the basic membership?
The basic SendWiz membership is free and includes one e-mail list with up to 25 e-mail addresses.

I signed up but I did not receive the confirmation e-mail
We didn't forget about you. The confirmation e-mail was sent out as soon as you signed up. It is probably sitting in your spam or junk folder right now. Also, please make sure you gave us the correct e-mail address and make sure to add SendWiz.com to your trusted e-mails.

E-Mails that were sent out to my e-mail list did not all arrive. Why?
We sent out all e-mails to the address you provided. Make sure you entered the correct e-mail addresses. Also, the e-mails are probably sitting in the recipient’s spam or junk folder right now. Please make sure to inform them to add SendWiz.com to the trusted e-mails.

E-Mails arrived at the recipients but there was a delay. Why?
Our servers send out e-mails in regular cycles every 10-15 minutes. When you send an e-mail for distribution to your ListID , it could take up to 15 minutes for that e-mail to be cycled through our servers and sent out to the recipients.

What is the SendWiz ListID?
Each e-mail list that has it’s own ListID which is used as the e-mail address to distribute e-mails to your e-mail list (eg ListID@sendwiz.com). The ListID is initially a 7-digit randomly assigned sequence of letters and numbers. (eg abc1234). So if your ListID is “abc1234” then the e-mail address is: abc1234@sendwiz.com.

Can I change my ListID?
Your basic membership comes with an assigned ListID which can be changed by you to another randomly assigned ListID whenever necessary. The upgraded membership allows you to assign your very own unique ListID with 7 or more letters and numbers.

How can I get my own SendWiz ListID?
You can easily upgraded your membership for a small fee. This allows you to enter more e-mail addresses and list as well as rename your list to a more convenient name.

How much e-mail addresses can I place on my SendWiz list?
Your initial free basic membership comes with one list and a maximum of 25 e-mail address. Upgrading your membership will get you access to more lists and e-mail addresses.

How can I get an e-mail list with more e-mail addresses?
Upgrading your membership gives you more e-mail addresses and e-mail list and allows you to assign your own ListID.

I forgot my password, what do I do?
Click on the sign in page on “Forgot password” and enter your e-mail address. We will then send you your password.

Can I change my initial password and basic information?
When you sign up we will send you a random password. If you want to change it please go to “My Profile” where you can change your information and password.

Someone sent an e-mail to my e-mail list. What do I do?
Your ListID is very important and should be kept safe. Anybody who knows your ListID can send e-mails to your e-mail list recipients.The initial ListID we randomly provide is extremely difficult to mimic. If you decide to create your own ListID make sure that it is safe. Using a combination of numbers and letters makes it safer. We strongly suggest that you never hand out the ListID. If you feel that someone has abused your e-mail, we strongly recommend that you immediately change the ListID.

How do I add an e-mail address to a list remotely?
Premium and Platinum users can add an e-mail address remotely to their lists by sending an e-mail to sendwiz. Here is how it works:
- To add e-mails remotely you need your list password and the e-mail list subscription address. Both can be found and edited in the "e-mail list properties" for the list.
- E-mail addresses are added by sending an e-mail remotely to your list subscription e-mail address. It always begins with "subscribe_" followed by the name of your list. EXAMPLE: subscribe_mylist@sendwiz.com. The "Subscription Address" can be found in "List Properties".
- The "Subject" line of the e-mail must contain the "E-Mail List Password"
- The body of the e-mail contains the e-mail addresses that you like to add on separate lines
